Dear partner in ministry. Below are several pastor/layman recommendations. May the Lord bless you richly as you share His “life” in you with those in your world.
In the Father’s Heart, Sam Burch
Pastor Scott Mehlhoff
This past fall we invited Pastor Sam Burch to come and hold our fall revival. Pastor Sam’s messages focused on deepening our understanding of God’s word, and our relationship with Christ. It was an amazing week. We had scheduled Pastor Sam for a Sunday through Wednesday, but the Lord worked it out so that Pastor Sam could stay through Sunday.
We discovered that Pastor Sam is not only a great preacher, but also a talented musician, and appreciated his help in leading worship through music. Pastor Sam was loved by our people, and they have requested that we invite him back again soon. If you are looking for someone to call for spiritual deepening, I highly recommend Pastor Sam, without reservation.
In Christ, Pastor Scott Mehlhoff (Southside Church of the Nazarene, Minot, ND)
Frank Tiller (Nazarene pastor Miller South Dakota)
I would like to make a recommendation for my friend Sam Burch. I had known of Sam Burch for many years but really got to know him a few years ago when he came to help turn around a church in Blaine Minnesota. The church was on the verge of closing its doors. Through his wisdom and challenge the church made a complete change.
He has such a strong love for people that his personality draws a lot of people to hear him speak. I have stated to Sam and others that he would make a great professor in seminary because of his vast knowledge of Scripture. His passion for Christ and the gospel is unquestionable. I highly recommend Sam for revivals, camp meetings, conferences or any speaking assignments. You will not be disappointed!

"Sam's preaching is captivating. He really has a terrific way of presenting the Word that makes it have depth and personal meaning, unlike most of us have probably been able to garner on our own. He has a passion for souls for certain.” Brent C., Minot, ND.
